Payment / Delivery
We accept payment via credit card or Paypal - we can accept telephone payments over the phone during normal working hours and you will receive a card receipt with your package, we also use Paypal clearing services, if you do not have an account, continue to select the paypal option and use the pay with card oprion on the Paypal screen.
We are also able to accept card payment over the phone - email your contact telephone number to sales@abrafix.co.uk and we will call you to take payment.
All items include free delivery within the UK and are usually despatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail. Heavier items (e.g. bulk kitchden door handles) may incur a courier surcharge if sending to NI and highlands & islands. You will be notified if there is a surcharge with an option to cancel. Please note - wherever possible we will not charge carriage - if in doubt please contact us for verification. This does not affect England & Wales addresses - all carriage to England & Wales is free. We do not ship to international addresses - this is a 'uk only' serviced website.
